At JAYNE Boutique, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all seasonal clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all boutique tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
